RIO BAMBA BY TRAIN (Devil’s Nose Train)

Experience a scenic train ride through the Andes mountains on what is
considered "the most difficult train in the world" to Rio Bamba, the capital
of the Chimborazo province and roughly the geographical centre of Ecuador.
This quiet agricultural town is sometimes known as the "Sultan of the
Andes", and travellers are promised breath-taking views of Ecuador's
highest peak, Chimborazo at 6,310 metres.

Depart from Quito. Visit the cities of Amabato and Ba&ntidle;os, the Zoo and the Sanctuary's main waterfalls. Afternoon transfer to Rioabamba at the foot of the Chimborazo Alps.

Island at a nearby Indian community and eke your way through a network

breakfast, get a great terrace view of the jungle before disembarking
to admire a superb parrot salt lick and trek into the interior
