DRY SEASON (June-November)

The Aqua is the first true luxury vessel ever to cruise the northern Peruvian Amazon.

With 12 oversized guest suites, including four 180° panoramic master suites, all

featuring en suite sitting areas and generous outward-facing panoramic windows.

You can socialise in the dining room, indoor lounge, on the observation deck, and in

the outdoor lounge. The ship also has a small boutique.

Departs Saturdays.

Day 1: IQUITOS/AMAZON RIVER (D) You will be met at Iquitos and

transferred to the ship. Begin your journey towards the Yanayacu River, deep

in the heart of Amazonia. Over the next 4 days, you will also sail along the

two largest tributaries of the Amazon, the Ucayali and the Marañon, as well

as on the mighty Amazon itself.

DAY 2: AMAZON/TAHUAYO/RIVERS AND CHARO LAKE (B L D) Explore the

Tahuayo River and try some fishing at Charo Lake. Stay on the lookout for the

abundant wildlife including terns, orioles, blackbirds, black collared hawks,

monkeys, and sloths. In the evening, travel to the Yacapana Islands and look

for some dolphins.

Day 3: MARAÑON RIVER/PACAYA-SAMIRIA

NATIONAL RESERVE (B L D) Optional tours: Full-Day

Excursion with a Picnic Lunch at Ranger Station

No. 2 or Guided Jungle Walk/Siesta/Monkey and

Dolphin Expedition

Day 4: PUERTO MIGUEL VILLAGE AND MARAYALI

RIVER Meet with the villagers of the local town of

Puerto Miguel before heading back to Iquitos.
