Kapawi Ecological Reserve

Kapawi is located in the remote area of the Ecuadorian Amazon Basin. This lodge was built on the edge of the Kapawi Lagoon. Houses are built on stilts in order to minimize the impact on the surrounding vegetation. There are many activities to choose from including visits to the Achuar communities, hiking, bird watching and canoeing among others.
