This tour will revitalise the senses of the most seasoned traveller.

Acclimatise in the Bogota, the heart of Colombia. A vibrant city that offers

excellent dining and sightseeing. From Bogotá travel until the aroma of

coffee announces the arrival of the coffee region. The heights of this region

give way to the coast of the Caribbean and the magnificent colonial city of

Cartagena where time is spent at a leisurely pace soaking in the sun and the

history of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 1: BOGOTA On arrival, transfer to your hotel

Day 2: BOGOTA (B, L) Half day city tour of Bogota including lunch at local

restaurant. Sights include the Plaza de Bolivar, the Cathedral, Congress

Palace and House of Independence. Afternoon visit to Zipaquira, famous for

its underground Cathedral.

Day 3: BOGOTA – PEREIRA (B, L) Transfer to airport for your flight to Pereira.

On arrival transfer to Hacienda San Jose. Lunch at Hacienda Venecia

followed by coffee tasting session ot savour the aromatic smooth coffee

of the region.

Day 4: PEREIRA - SALENTO/COCORA NATIONAL PARK (B L) Tour to Salento,

where bahareque architecture can be found, then continue to Cocora

National Park, and visit the Botanical Garden and Butterfly park, where many

species of hummingbirds and butterflies are found.

Day 5: PEREIRA – CARTAGENA (B) Transfer to airport for your flight to

Cartagena. On arrival transfer to your hotel. Afternoon city tour including a

visit to the Convent of la Popa and San Felipe’s port.

Day 6: ROSARIO ISLANDS/ MAJAGUA (B L) Transfer by boat to the beautiful

Islas del Rosario archipelago, with white sandy beaches and a variety of

reef fauna.

Day 7: CARTAGENA (B) Transfer to the airport for your next destination.
