M/N Evangelistas - Adventure Cruise

M/N Evangelistas (formerly the Magallanes) is a cargo and passenger ferryboat departing from Puerto Montt to Puerto Natales and vice versa. This adventure cruise travels approximately 1800km through channels, gulfs, inlets and fjords. Navigation is calm and easy except when crossing the Golfo de Penas, which varies according to weather conditions.

This ferry operates from September through April and departures may vary depending on weather conditions.

Puerto Montt - Puerto Natales departs Fridays.

Day 1

Admire the scenery as you sail past Calbuco, Reloncavi Bay and Ancud and Corcovado gulfs. Detailed welcome and tour of the vessel and introductory lectures and films by qualified staff.

Day 2

Observe the seal colonies and cormorants as you navigate through the North and South Perez Channels and continue past Brieva strait. Varied lectures on local fauna and cultures as well as evening entertainment.

Day 3

Sail into the Messier Channel and disembark at Puerto Eden. You will continue with some glacier spotting and through Abismo Strait and Concepcion Channel.

Day 4

Travel through the picturesque White Channel past the Ultima Ezperanza Fjord before disembarking at Puerto Natales.

This tour can be conducted in reverse from Puerto Natales to Puerto Montt which departs on Tuesdays.
